We now carry SCWD (Squids) wave makers andwill be using them in shop shortly so you will be able to see them in action. Squids are a device that is hooked to your return pump from the sump and then two lines are plumbed out of the Squid and back into the tank. The water flowing though the pump truns a set of gears inside of the squid which in turn alternates the current flow from one outlet to the other. Google them and you will find a ton of happy customers.

The smaller Squid has  3/4" inlets and outlets that you use 3/4" ID hoses & clamps to hook up (we stock plastic clamps) and it has been tested up to 1400 GPH witha minimum of 50 GPH. It  can not be disassembled and has no servicable parts. The faster the flow the faster it alternates the flow from one outlet to the other.

The big boy has 1" ID threaded inlet and outlets and can be dissasembled for cleaning and it has been tested from 3500 GPH down to a minumum 500GPH. The faster the flow the faster it alternates the flow from one outlet to the other.
